Making a purchase

Shipping and handling
We can deliver your order by post or by using a courier (currently UPS). The cost varies with location. Selection of shipping method prices are in the checkout pages. You will have the option to select shipping method before committing to the order.
We are normally able to ship orders from stock within 1 business day. If there is a delay we will inform you by email with the expected shipment date. If the delay is too long, you may cancel the order without penalty.
Our prices exclude VAT (EU sales tax) UK orders will have the tax added at the current rate. EU orders will have the tax added at the current rate, unless the VAT check box is checked on the second checkout page and a valid EU tax registration number is entered.
All of our modules are 100% tested in our workshop during manufacture, and carry a 3 month warranty when correctly operated. If you believe the product is faulty, you should first contact us by email to our support address which you will find on our contact page. We may well be able to sort any problems you're having without you having to return the module. If we are unable to get you going, the product may be returned to us for testing. If the product is faulty and has not been damaged through misuse we will replace the module.
If you wish to cancel your order and do so before we have shipped the order, there will be no charge and your card will be fully refunded. If we have already shipped the order, then it must be returned to us in unused new condition within 7 days of delivery at your own expense. There will be a GBP15.00 or 20% retesting and restocking fee, whichever is the higher. Your card will be refunded with the original amount less the carriage and the above fee.
