I am trying to locate a full listing of all the web interface files that come installed on the ETH-RLY16. And if possible, is there a way alter those files on the board itself?

The webpage files are fixed and compiled into the firmware. It is there to provide a quick test of the module and on the latest firmware release can be password protected to prevent unauthorised tampering of the relays.
