MD25 Arduino Diagram +5Volt

Total Noob, sorry  :
Am I right in concluding that a red connection, from the MD25 Vcc to the Arduino 5V, is missing from the connection diagram in the examples on the main site?

The MD25 generates its own 5v for the CPU on the board. The ground (0v) needs connecting so the voltages are referenced to the same point.

Hi Cris

Thank you for your answer. But if I need the MD25 to also power the Arduino, then I would need to connect Vcc to the Arduino - is that right?
