please help us build a remote switch for the rodeo bull.

hello all this is my first post.please help we have a rodeo bull business the insurance have told us we have to have a DEAD MANS SWITCH OR HANDLE FITED TO IT.This is a device that lets the ride run iF a person is sitting on it but stops when you fall off.this would have to be a wireless remote switch because the bull spins around a lot at speed .so no wires can be fitted to it.the control unit has high and low voltage. So i am looking for a push switch connected to a transmittor and a receiver. i have been to two maplins shops and they said that they cannot help me please help me find a place that can or if you could build one even better.

off the top of my head you could use 2xbee wirless transmitters, two micro processors. On the reciving one, you could program in an fail safe device, so that of it looses communication, it trips the e.stop. However this maybe an over engineered soloution. It may well be an expensive soloution, not sure if any one else has any idea.
