A complete Robot Drive system, ready to integrate into your robot, comprising of an MD25 motor drive module, two EMG30 gearmotors with encoders, two mounting brackets, two 100mm wheels with hubs already fitted. Screws to fit the motors to the brackets and a hex key for the hub screw is included. Only a single 12v battery capable of supplying peak current of 6Amps is required to power the system. Power for the logic comes from an on-board 5v regulator which is also capable of supply up to 300mA to your own circuits. Full MD25 Documentation and the EMG30 SpecificationThe RD02 is suitable for robots up to around 5kg
The RD03 is a powerfull Robot Drive system, ready to integrate into your robot, comprising of an MD49 motor drive module, two EMG49 gearmotors with encoders, two mounting brackets, two 125mm wheels with hubs already fitted. Screws to fit the motors to the brackets and a hex key for the hub screw is included. Only a 24v battery is required to power the system. The MD49 is controlled with a logic level serial port, selectable at either 9600 or 38400 baud. Full MD49 Documentation and the EMG49 SpecificationThe RD03 is suitable for robots up to around 30kg
The EGM30 is a 12v motor fully equipped with encoders and a 30:1 reduction gearbox. It is ideal for small or medium robotic applications, providing cost effective drive and feedback for the user.Full EMG30 Specification Rated voltage 12v Rated torque 1.5kg/cm Rated speed 170rpm Rated current 530mA No load speed 216 No load current 150mA Stall current 2.5A Rated output 4.22W Encoder counts per drive shaft turn 360
Designed to work with our EMG30 gear motors, the MD25 will drive two motors.Controllled by Serial or the I2C Interface. Two modes of operation, direct individual control of the motors or the ability to send a speed and a turn commands. Full MD25 Documentation Voltage - 12v only. The 5v for the logic supplied from an on-board regulator, 300mA available for your own circuits. Current - Up to 2.8A for each motor.
